6. PUBLIC HEARING:
A. Public Hearing to consider a request from Walter D. Morris for a Special Use Permit to locate a double-wide manufactured home in a Residential R-2 use district on three parcels which total approximately 15,000 sq. ft. and located on Donovan Street in the Selma area of the Clifton Forge West District of Alleghany County. The property is further identified on the Real Property Identification Maps of Alleghany County as Map 43A, Section 2, Block 124, Lots 18, 19, and 20.

8. VIRGINIA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (VDOT) UPDATE:
A. Ms. Susan Hammond, VDOT Resident Engineer Update.
9. ACTION ITEMS:
A. Consent Items
1. Approve request for property owner rights along the Jackson River Scenic Trail from Juliette Chittum.
2. Approve endorsing the appointment of Ms. Tara Craft (Jackson River District) to the Board of Zoning Appeals to complete the term of Mr. Mark Brackenridge beginning immediately and ending October 31, 2013.
B. Other Action Items
1. Consider appointment of Mrs. Shannon Cox (Board Member) to the Social Services Board to complete the term of Mr. Rickey May retroactive to January 1, 2012 and ending June 30, 2013.
10. INFORMATION ITEMS:
A. The term of Mr. Kevin Terrell (Jackson River District) on the Board of Building Code Appeals expires January 20, 2012. Terms are for five years and Mr. Terrell is eligible for reappointment.
