The request also vacates all undeveloped streets and alleys lying within the perimeter of the 28.84 acre parcel. Terms are for four years and both are eligible for reappointment.      D.     The terms of Mr. Joseph Whalen (Sharon District) and Ms. Jewell Moore (Covington District) on the Water and Sewer Commission expire March 1, 2012.
