 | Dabney S. Lancaster Community College President Dr. Richard Teaff (left), recently welcomed Robin Sullenberger of Highland County, CEO of the Shenandoah Valley Partnership, a regional economic development group of ten jurisdictions along the I-81 corridor, to the DSLCC campus in Clifton Forge. Sullenberger, currently serving as a member of the State Board of the Virginia Community College System, visited the campus to tour the facilities and learn more about the many programs and services offered through DSLCC.
