Beirne.      B.     Discuss and consider supplemental appropriation of funds from the Alleghany Foundation for evaluation of infrastructure needs and an amendment to the term contract with AECOM to do the engineering work for VISION 2025.      C.     The term of Mr. Rodney Tingler (Covington District) on the Planning Commission expires March 1, 2015. Terms are for four years and Mr. Tingler is eligible for reappointment.      D.     The term of Mr. Jackie Smith (Falling Spring District) on the Water and Sewer Commission expires March 1, 2015.
