Testing Sessions for DSLCC Practical Nursing Program Applicants March 12 & 23   Dabney S. Lancaster Community College invites individuals who wish to enter the Practical Nursing Program to take the entrance examination in March. There are two remaining testing sessions: Thursday, March 12, with check-in at 3:30 pm and the test beginning at 4 pm; and Monday, March 23, with check-in at 5:30 pm and the test beginning at 6 pm. For information about the placement testing, call Student Services on campus at (540) 863-2820 or the DSLCC Rockbridge Regional Center at (540) 261-1211. Program head Penny Fauber commented on the DSLCC Practical Nursing program, stating, “Our team is committed to student success and ensuring a quality program with graduates ready for the workplace. The test is just one criterion we use as we review all application packets and select the most qualified individuals for the 2015-2016 program.” Individuals considering the program should visit the College's web site www.dslcc.edu, click the Programs of Study button, and go to Practical Nursing.
