     A.     Approval of the minutes of: (1) a regular meeting held on February 3, 2015.

5.     PUBLIC HEARING:     None.

6.     PUBLIC COMMENT:     

7.     VIRGINIA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (VDOT) UPDATE:

     A.     Ms. Susan Hammond, VDOT Resident Engineer - Update.

8.     UNFINISHED BUSINESS:     

     A     The term of Mr. Jackie Smith (Falling Spring District) on the Water and Sewer Commission expires March 1, 2015. Terms are for four years and Mr. Smith is eligible for reappointment.

9.     NEW BUSINESS:

     A.     Mr. Corbin Stone, Robinson Farmer Cox Associates - Presentation of the County audit for the year ending June 30, 2014.

     B.     Mr. Mark Taylor, AHEDC Chair - AHEDC update.

     C.     Mr. Gary Price and Ms. Jessika Crance, Clifton Forge Little League - Discuss Little League baseball.

     D.     Mr. A. J. Wolfe - Discuss Alleghany Highlands youth sports.

     E.     Discuss and consider authorizing the County Administrator to execute an amendment to the Term Contract with Engineering Concepts, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $6,950 to prepare demolition plans and specifications for the Old County Building.

     F.     Discuss and consider Jackson River Scenic Trail Phase 4 MeadWestvaco boundary line adjustment, deed of gift, and utility easement.

     G.     Discuss and consider waiving permit fees for Virginia Tech in relation to work for the Clifton Forge Little League at Sharon park.

     H.     Discuss and consider authorizing the County Administrator to award the bid for the Selma Railyard clean-up to Chuck White Heating and Air in an amount not to exceed $28,400.

     I.     The term of Mr. Robert McDowell (Jackson River District) on the Industrial Development Authority expires March 25, 2015. Terms are for four years and Mr. McDowell is eligible for reappointment.
