The property is further identified on the Real Property Identification Maps of Alleghany County as Map 43, Parcel 16D. The property is located in a Primary Growth Area as contained in the Comprehensive Plan.      B.     Public Hearing to consider the sale by Alleghany County of approximately 8.736 acres of property owned by the County and abandonment of the 0.23 acre tower site easement located on Pitzer’s Ridge to Donald G. Grimes.
