Shentel Under the Stars Presents “Paddington” Movie at Masonic Amphitheatre

| The Masonic Amphitheatre will experience a first with a movie night on the lawn called “Shentel Under the Stars” which is scheduled for Friday, July 17th at dusk or about 8:30 PM. “Shentel Under the Stars” features the family-friendly movie, “Paddington”. A young Peruvian bear travels to London in search of a home. Finding himself lost and alone at Paddington Station, he meets the kindly Brown family, who offer him a temporary haven. The movie stars Hugh Bonneville, Sally Hawkins and Julie Walters and lasts about 80 minutes.
Admission to “Paddington” is free of charge. A 16’ tall by 24’ wide screen will be used and Spacewalk of the Blue Ridge will be supplying sound. Free popcorn will also be provided to the public. Attendees are welcomed to use the bench and chair seating that the Amphitheatre provides or bring lawn chairs or blankets.
