Terms are for three years and Mr. Muterspaugh is eligible for reappointment.      H.     The terms of Ms. Carla Dobbs (Sharon District) and Mr. Robert Johnson, Jr. (Clifton Forge East District) on the Alleghany Highlands Community Services Board expire December 31, 2015.
