WestRock’s Covington Mill Supports Jackson River Enterprises   COVINGTON, VA (September 9, 2016) - The Covington mill recently presented a donation to Jackson River Enterprises (JRE) in support of the Day Support Program. This program will enable several employees to work part-days while spending the remainder of the day learning and developing life skills, broadening education, and being exposed to integrated community settings. JRE’s mission is to provide pathways to individuals in need of employment opportunities. JRE was organized in 1964 and has employed hundreds of residents in our area, most of whom face daily challenges due to physical limitations, cognitive impairments, emotional difficulties, autism, and traumatic brain injuries.
