The Historic Masonic Theatre Announces Free Movies through the End of the Year

| Clifton Forge, VA (Oct. 17, 2016) - The Historic Masonic Theatre is a Performing Arts Theatre and a Movie Theatre. Many people enjoyed the movies the Theatre presented during the Grand ReOpening and at Con of the Mountain.
The Theatre is pleased to announce its 2016 Movie Series and offer it free of charge to the community through the end of the year as a thank you for the overwhelming support of the Alleghany Highlands and surrounding areas.
THE BIG 50 MOVIE MATINEE SERIES
Jeff Stern, executive director of the Historic Masonic Theatre said, âWe developed this monthly Saturday movie matinee series to pay tribute to The Masonic Theatreâs rich movie history. How much does it cost to see a film in this series? From now until the end of 2016, our Grand ReOpening year???? Absolutely nothingâŠ.our gift to our amazing community. This series is designed with families in mind. An affordable, enjoyable way to experience the Masonic Movie magic for yourself or with your family. The fun begins October 22â! October 22 at 1:00PM: Monsters Inc.
November 26 at 1:00PM: The Princess Bride
December 17 at 1:00 PM: ET
THE BIG TUESDAY NIGHT MOVIE SERIES
Jeff Stern continues, âWe celebrate a wide range of films in the monthly movie series. Documentaries, rockumentaries, Hollywood classics, and âart filmsâ- this is the place youâll find them. Catch dinner before the show at one of the fine restaurants in town, or relax in our Underground Lounge before the film begins. This film series is sure to challenge, delight, and inspire you. Starting November 1 and running to the end of the yearâalso free of charge. Donations are welcomed and appreciatedâ. Upcoming movies include:
