Spanish Classes to be Offered at the Y   Low Moor, VA (Jan. 12, 2017) - Beginning February 20, 2017, the Y will offer a six-week Spanish language class, taught by Mrs. Francesca Di Benedetto. Through this basic course, students will learn Spanish grammar, alphabet, colors, clothing, verbs, etc. The Adult class will be held on Mondays (February 20, 27, March 6, 13, 27, April 3) from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Cost will be $170. A class for middle and high school students (grades 6-12) will be held on Fridays (February 24, March 3, 10, 17, 24, 31) from 4:30-6:00 pm at a cost of $160. Both classes require a $50 deposit, with the remaining balance due by the third class. A $5 discount will be awarded a second household member. Deadline to register is February 10th. Classes will be held in the Y’s Activity Room, located at 101 YMCA Way, Covington. Students will need a notebook (5 section preferred), pen or pencil and Spanish dictionary.
