Boys Home of Virginia Announces Quilt Raffle

 
Covington, VA (Feb. 7, 2017) - Boys Home of Virginia is excited to announce its 2017 Quilt Raffle. This year’s beautiful quilt is made by Executive Director Donnie Wheatley's sister, Phyllis Gibson. Phyllis is a very talented quilter and she has made it a tradition to donate handmade quilts to Boys Home each year.

The quilt being raffled this year is 96" x 92" and is professionally quilted. The name of the pattern used is Charleston Romance. Tickets are $5 for 1 ticket or $45 for 10 tickets. We will draw the winner on March 17, 2017. All proceeds will go to Religious Life at Boys Home.

The quilt will be displayed locally at the following locations: BB&T in Covington from February 3 - February 8, BB&T in Hot Springs from February 10 - February 15, Alcova Mortgage in Covington from February 17 - February 22, Charles P. Jones Library in Covington from February 24 - March 3, and Bath County Public Library from March 3 - March 10.
