Low Moor, VA (March 22, 2017) - At last night's joint Alleghany County School Board/Alleghany County Board of Supervisors meeting two items stood out: 1) there seemed to be wide agreement with respect to the advisability of implementing the New Tech program and 2) a general atmosphere of conviviality and shared sense of goals between the two organizations. Joint County/Supervisors Meeting Was Productive Session   Superintendent of County Schools, Eugene Kotulka went through the now-offically passed county school budget for what appeared to be about the fourth time.
