Clifton Forge, VA (Nov. 14 2017) - Dianne Garcia, education consultant to the Alleghany Foundation, Dr. John Rainone of Dabney S. Lancaster Community College, Gene Kotulka, Superintendent of Alleghany County Public Schools and Melinda Snead-Johnson, Superintendent of Covington City Schools recently met to plan an event set for November 28th at the Historic Masonic Theatre entitled "The Profile of the High School Graduate; Class of 2022."

Education Summit Planned In Clifton Forge Nov. 28, 2017

 
Clifton Forge, VA (Nov. 14, 2017) - What is being billed as a "2017 Education Summit: Profile of a High School Graduate; Class of 2022", has been scheduled for Tuesday, November 28 from 9:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. at the Historic Masonic Theatre in Clifton Forge.

On the agenda will be Gena Keller from the Virginia Department of Education and there will be student displays and student panels as well.

Morning snacks and lunch will be provided.

Community members are invited, but need to RSVP by November 20th so proper arrangements may be made.
