Library Sponsoring Winter Reading Program

| Clifton Forge, VA (Dec. 15, 2017) - The Clifton Forge Public Library is currently sponsoring a Winter Reading Program at all levels from ages 4 to adult. The program will conclude on Thursday, March 15, 2018.
For children ages 4-18, prizes will be awarded throughout the program. For every five hours of reading, the child will receive a prize and an entry into a prize drawing.
There will also be prize drawings for adult readers, age 19 and older. For every ten books read, adults will receive an entry into a prize drawing.
The Winter Reading Program will conclude with a Dr. Seuss Party for the children. Theme-based activities will include a story, crafts, and games. A snack will be provided, and each child will receive a free book.
The prize drawings will be held during the Dr. Seuss party which will be held in the Michael Armstrong Community Room of the Library on March 15, from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Small children should be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
All reading logs must be turned in at the Library by 4:00 p.m. on March 15.
To participate in the Winter Reading Program, readers of all ages need to pick up a reading log at the Clifton Forge Public Library, located at 535 Church Street.
