Alleghany County Supervisors, School Board To Meet Thursday, Feb. 22, 2018   Low Moor, VA (Feb. 22, 2018) - The Alleghany County Board of Supervisors and the Alleghany County School Board will meet on Thursday, Feb. 22, 2018 at 7 p.m. at the County Government Complex in Low Moor in a joint session to consider the following agenda items: 1. call to order 2. Joint Meeting A. Joint Meeting with the Alleghany County School Board in cooperation with the Sheriff's Office to discuss and consider: - The transfer of $40,000 to the Sheriff's Office overtime budget for School Resource Officer coverage at each elementary school. - Direction to put a program in place to provide coverage by the beginning of school in fall of 2018. 3. Adjournment
