Fifteen students who completed the Practical Nursing Certificate Program at Dabney S. Lancaster Community College were recognized during the annual Capping and Pinning Ceremony held Wednesday night on the DSLCC Clifton Forge campus. All of the graduates have earned a Certificate in Practical Nursing from DSLCC.
