Alleghany County School Board Personnel Actions Noted (Sept. 17, 2018)   Low Moor, VA (Sept. 17, 2018) - At the conclusion of closed session at Sharon Elementary School on Monday, September 17, 2018 the School Board took the following personnel action: The School Board approved the appointment of Erin B. Hiser as Mental Health Counselor and Jason M. Bowman as Social Studies Teacher at Clifton Middle School. Allison B. Fox was approved as a substitute teacher assistant. Extra-Curricular appointments at Alleghany High School include Zoe Stein, Assistant Band Director; Joshua Hagy, Theatre Competition Coach,; Madison Carter, Assistant Swim Coach. The Board accepted the resignation of Marcus Berry, Boys Basketball Head Coach at Clifton Middle School.
