Iron Gate Christmas Parade Set December 8, 2018   Iron Gate, VA (Oct. 26, 2018) - The 17th annual Town of Iron Gate Christmas Parade will be held on Saturday December 8th beginning at 1pm. The parade line-up will begin at 12 noon and will take place on Tannery Drive, near the Garten Trucking Warehouse. The Parade Theme is “The Polar Express” The parade route will begin at 9th Street and Commerce Avenue. The parade will track up Commerce Avenue and will dismiss at 3rd Street. Free refreshments will be offered, and the awards ceremony will take place following the parade at the Iron Gate Fire Station. Santa Claus will also be at the fire station to hang out with the children. There will be cash prizes or trophies in many categories. For more information on the parade, you may call 540-862-0770.
