Conner Selected To Attend New Tech Conference   Low Moor, VA (Jan. 30, 2019) - Mr. Lucas Conner, a Science teacher at Alleghany High School, has been selected to present two sessions at the 2019 New Tech Annual Conference (NTAC). This conference will take place July 15-19, 2019 in Orlando, Florida. The subjects of Mr. Conner’s sessions will be flipped learning and classroom gamification. Mr. Dwayne Ross, Principal of Alleghany High School said, “We are ecstatic to have Mr. Conner represent Alleghany High School and Alleghany County Public Schools at the New Tech Network Conference. He is a wonderful educator!â€� The New Tech Network is a network of 207 K-12 schools in 104 school districts across the United States and Australia. NTAC is the annual convening of these member schools to showcase programs and recognize excellence in education.
