Library Seeks Book Donations for Spring Book Sale   Clifton Forge, VA (March 15, 2019) - The Friends of the Clifton Forge Public Library are requesting donations to support their upcoming spring book sale. It will be held on Friday and Saturday, April 12 and 13.      Books, audio books, CDs, and DVDs are especially requested. Puzzles and games (complete and with no missing or broken pieces) will also be accepted.      The condition of the materials received is very important. For the health and safety of the patrons, volunteers, and staff, the library respectfully requests books and materials that are in gently-handled condition, clean, dry, and mold-free.      Donations may be brought to the library during normal operating hours: Monday and Thursday, 10:00-7:00; Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, 10:00-5:00; Saturday, 10:00-1:00.      Proceeds from the sale are used by the Friends of the Library to support the library’s book and media collections, and to assist with library services and programs.      The Clifton Forge Public Library is located at 535 Church Street.      For information on any library program, phone 863-2519.
