They are also asking permission to use the trackless train to travel from the parking lot behind the Pure service station back through Main Street and Ridgway Street to Loop Street.           RECOMMENDATION: Grant requests • REQUEST FROM CLIFTON FORGE MAIN STREET FOR PERMISSION TO HOST THE DOWNTOWN MARKET      Clifton Forge Main Street requests permission to hold the Downtown Market on Thursdays from 3:30–6:30 pm, beginning June 13, 2019 through August 29, 2019, on Commercial Street between Ace Hardware and Sona Bank, with that area blocked off by 2:45 PM on those days to allow vendors time to set up.
