Mr. Houff would like the Town to acquire the parcel since it is landlocked by the property he leased from the Town and incorporate the parcel into his existing lease. He has agreed to assume all costs associated with the purchase.           RECOMMENDATION: Proceed to second reading • Motion to adjourn
