NJ Man Dies After Motorcycle Crash   BATH COUNTY, Va. (August 2, 2019) – Virginia State Police Master Trooper T.A. May is investigating a motorcycle crash which resulted in a fatality. The crash occurred Friday (Aug 2) at 1:35 p.m. on Route 39, four tenths of a mile west of Route 621 in Bath County. A 2017 BMW R12 motorcycle was traveling west on Route 39, when the motorcycle ran off the right side of the roadway and struck a tree. The driver was identified as Robert Edward Walden, 62, of Lambertville, NJ. Mr. Walden was wearing his helmet and died at the scene. The crash remains under investigation.
