WestRock’s Covington Mill Supports JRTC   Covington, VA (August 15, 2019) -The Covington mill recently presented donations to Jackson River Technical Center’s (JRTC) welding and carpentry programs. JRTC is dedicated to providing the students of Covington and Alleghany County with the skills and training necessary to be competitive in the local workplace.
