Alleghany Co. School Board Personnel Actions Noted   Low Moor, VA (Oct. 22, 2019) - At the conclusion of closed session at Callaghan Elementary School, on Monday, October 21, 2019 the School Board took the following personnel action: The School Board approved the appointments of Wade A. Shearer as the CTE/Business Teacher at Clifton Middle School, Marla J. Toombs as an Administrative Assistant for Health Services and Division Support, and Timothy W. Wenck as a Maintenance Custodian. Substitute Teachers approved include Kristen B. Garten, Wendy D. Wench and Pamela S. Allen. William R. Withrow was approved as a Substitute Bus Driver. Extra-Curricular appointments approved at Alleghany High School include Adrienne D. Young, the Spring Musical/Drama Assistant Director; Roberta W. Crizer, JV Cheer Head Coach, and Jason S. Hal, JV Boys Basketball Head Coach. The School Board accepted the resignation of Anneke N. Burris, teacher assistant, effective October 25, 2019
