Covington Council Sets Called Meeting, Work Session Nov. 5, 2019   Covington, VA (Oct. 31, 2019) - There will be a Called Meeting of the Council for the City of Covington TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 5, 2019 AT 6:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers of City Hall located at 333 W. Locust Street, Covington, Virginia. The work session of Council to follow.
