Terms are for three years and Ms. Dean is eligible for reappointment.      F.     The term of Mr. Nolan Nicely on the Alleghany Highlands Community Services Board expires December 31, 2019. Terms are for three years; however, this is Mr. Nicely’s third and final term which makes him ineligible for reappointment.
