Alleghany Co. School Board Releases Personnel Actions (7_21_20)   Low Moor, VA (July 21, 2020) - At the conclusion of closed session at the Alleghany County School Board office on Monday, July 21, 2020 the School Board took the following personnel action:      The School Board approved the appointment of Richard R. Kline; Math Teacher at Alleghany High School, Catherine E. Carr; Regional Primary Autism Teacher at Mountain View Elementary School and Brian D. Ellwood; Health and Physical Education Teacher at Clifton Middle School.      Tabatha H. Small was approved as a Part-Time Cafeteria Worker at Clifton Middle School. Kathleen Broughfman, Phyllis L. Burr and Donna Nelson were approved as Substitute Cafeteria Workers.
