 | These three "Clifton Forge College Town" metal signs were recently installed at the three entrances to town. The first one is on Route 60 near Hardee's; the second one across from Alleghany Health and Rehab on the east end of Main Street; and the third on Verge St. not far from the intersection with 220. The signs, designed by Melissa Hundley of Bear Mountain Signs, include the Dabney S. Lancaster Community College mascot, the Roadrunner. Clifton Forge Main Street is sponsoring the campaign to promote Clifton Forge and its long-standing affiliation with the college. Mott Atherholt and Martha Edwards have been instrumental in getting the campaign underway.
