Merchant Trick Or Treating, Halloween Stories, Pumpkin Painting In CF Sponsored by Clifton Forge Main Street, Clifton Forge Downtown Merchants, Sona Bank, the Historic Masonic Theatre, & Elks Lodge #1065   Clifton Forge, VA (Oct. 6, 2020) - In an effort to comply with CDC recommendations and to keep the community as safe as possible, downtown trick or treating has been changed to Sona Bank plaza trick or treating. There WILL NOT be trick or treating downtown at the area businesses. Instead the Clifton Forge merchants will have tables set up at the Sona Bank plaza. They will be wearing masks and gloves, be spaced 6 feet apart, and be handing out only prepackaged candy. All trick or treaters are asked to adhere to the traffic flow pattern that will be set up and to wear a CDC approved mask. Stop by the Amphitheatre from 12 p.m. -3 p.m. to hear Halloween stories while the first 100 kids will be able to paint their own pumpkin. Trick or treating at the Sona Bank plaza will begin at 3 p.m. and end at 6 p.m. Come join us in downtown Clifton Forge for a safe a fun Halloween on Saturday, October 31st!
