To consider Draft Ordinance A-20-13 regarding Amending and Reenacting Certain Sections of Appendix A, Subdivisions, of the Code of the City of Covington. 2. To hold a closed session pursuant to the Virginia Freedom of Information Act Sec. 2.2-3711 (A)(3) of the Code of Virginia for a discussion regarding the acquisition of real property for a public purpose where discussion in public would adversely affect the bargaining position of the City. 3.
