Haynes Arrested On 31 Sex-Related Felony Counts Here

Covington, VA (Jan. 18, 2022) - Alleghany High School physical education teacher, Gavin Haynes, has been arrested on thirty-one counts of Va. Code sec. 18;2-370.1, "taking indecent liberties with a child by a person in custodial or asupervisory relationship."
The case has been investigated by the Virginia State Police for about a year.
He is currently being held without bond in the Alleghany Regional Jail. | | | | | |
