Lulu Elaine Kinzer, 80, of Buena Vista, Virginia died Wednesday, December 18, 2019 at her home.

Born May 24, 1939 in Harrison County, W.Va., she was a daughter of the late Thomas Riley Moss and Audra Frazier Moss.

Elaine was a member of the Beth Horon United Methodist Church.

Surviving are her husband, William L. Kinzer; children, Evelyn Reeves (Kat) of Wise, Diana Lynn Williams (Blanford) of Hawaii, Beth Ann Smith (David) of Buena Vista, Cheryl Lee Brugger of Innsbruck, Austria, Lisa Ann Fischer (Andy) of Buena Vista, and William Scott Kinzer (Vanessa) of Hawaii; sister, Betty Mae Moss of Pennsylvania; 14 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

A funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, December 23 at Harrison Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Lucy Hughes officiating. Burial will follow at Rockbridge Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends from 4 to 6 p.m. on Sunday, December 22, at Harrison Funeral Home.
