Roy Philip Ouellette, 59 years young, of Buena Vista, Virginia gained his wings February 24, 2020 in the comfort of his home.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Philip and Thelma Ouellette; and two grandsons, Walker and Wyatt Palmer.

Roy was an amazing brother, father, husband, grandfather, and friend who loved hunting, fishing, watching the game, and NASCAR on Sundays. He enjoyed spending time with his girls and his grandchildren. He never asked for help even when he really needed it, but was always there to lend a hand to anyone in need. "He may be gone but never forgotten".

Roy is survived by his wife, Eleanor "Mindy"; daughters, Erica Camden (Travis), Valarie Palmer (Russell); grandchildren, Jasmine, Layla, Natalya, Kenyon, Henry, Maverick, Gabby, Fallon and Weston; sister, Phyllis Fentner (Steve); brother, Leo Ouellette (Antoinette); along with in-laws, nieces and nephews who will always love and miss him dearly.

We understand you are in a better place but that doesn't help the pain of losing you.

The family is grateful for all the kind words said and prayers sent out as they get through this difficult time.

Roy was a one of a kind Man and could never be replaced "Until we are together again we love you".

There will be no services at the funeral home.
