Ricardo Theodore Richie, 72, of Lexington, Virginia died Saturday, February 22, 2020 at Carilion Stonewall Jackson Hospital.

He was born July 21, 1947 in Lexington, the son of the late William B. Richie and Dorothy Dandridge Richie.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters, Vickie Biglow and Dorothy Mae Johnson.

Surviving are his daughter, Kimberly Dawn Dunlap of Roanoke; one grandchild, Ebony; nieces, Andrea Trotter of Bedford, Donna Lee of Midlothian, Neicy Gray of Foley, Ala., Johnny Powell of Roanoke and Tina Johnson; one nephew, Donnie Johnson Jr. of North Carolina; cousins, Norma Dandridge of Lexington and Yvette Dandridge Graham (Jesse) of Goshen.

Visitation will be 4 to 6 p.m. Friday, March 6 at Harrison Funeral Home. Burial will be private at a later date.
