Earl William Hensley Jr., 58, of Covington, Virginia died March 3, 2020 at the residence of his brother.

Mr. Hensley was born April 10, 1961 in Alleghany County, a son of the late Earl W. Hensley Sr. and Virginia Baker Hensley.

He had been working as a maintenance worker in the golf department at the Omni Homestead Inc.

Surviving are his brother, Guy Hensley and girlfriend, Brenda L. Wright of Covington; close friends, James May and Nicole May, both of Covington; Johnny Chapman of Bacova, and his co-workers at the Omni Homestead.

The funeral service will be held Friday, March 6, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Arritt Funeral Home with the Rev. Bill Gilliland officiating.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.

The interment will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
