Shirley Jean Jones, 87, of Lewisburg, West Virginia passed away Tuesday, March 17, 2020 at her residence with her daughter and son-in-law by her side.

Shirley was born April 8, 1932 in Frostburg, MD.

She was the last surviving sibling of the union of Lawson and Karrie Duckworth.

She was a member of Lewisburg United Methodist Church.

Shirley along with her husband Glen owned and operated the Federated Clothing Store in downtown Lewisburg for over 40 years. They enjoyed traveling to Florida, Amish Country and all over the states in their motor home. She especially loved their trip to Alaska.

Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Glen N. Jones in 2012 and nine brothers and sisters.

Surviving are her daughter, Judy Mick and her husband, Bob of Roanoke, Virginia and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services for Shirley will be held on Saturday, March 21, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. at Wallace & Wallace Funeral Home in Lewisburg with Rev. Tim Halloran officiating. Interment will follow at the Rosewood Cemetery.

The family will receive the family and friends on Friday March 20, 2020 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
