David Lee Robinson died at his home in Glasgow on March 20, 2020.

He was born on June 20, 1943 in Appomattox, the son of the late Beatrice Robinson.

Mr. Robinson was educated in the Appomattox school system.

He was a studious worker and was employed by many companies.

He worked at Mohawk Industries and Lynchburg Dune Brick for many years.

He was preceded in death by one brother, Thomas Robinson; and one grandson, Joseph Anthony Jackson.

Surviving are his wife, Constance (Connie) Fitz Robinson of Glasgow; three daughters, Sherry Williams of Danville, and Tonita Rogers and Breanna Strowbridge, both of Glasgow; three stepdaughters, Benita Fitz, Laura Rosser Thompson and Barbara Rosser, all of Glasgow; one sister, Janice E. Hardman of Lynchburg; three grandchildren; and nine grandchildren.

A memorial service will be conducted at a later date.
