Rockbridge County Native Was PMHS Graduate, Grace Fellowship Church Member

Paula Sue Brown, 60, of Lexington, Virginia died Friday, March 27, 2020 at her home.

Born January 28, 1960 in Rockbridge County, she was a daughter of the late James Emmitt Paitsel Sr. and Jean Ann Hostetter Clark.

She attended Parry McCluer High School and the Grace Fellowship Church in Shenandoah. Sue was a caregiver for the elderly and also a caregiver to all of her family and friends. She also loved to cook and bake.

Surviving are her husband, Steve Nelson Brown; daughter, Tasha Johnson and her children, Brendan Johnson (Kayla), Marcus Camden and Elijah Camden; one great-grandson, Lincoln Johnson; son, Coray Brown and his children, Bryson Brown and Ava Brown; stepfather, Talmadge Clark; sisters, Roxann Vess and Cheryl Paitsel; brothers, James Emmitt Paitsel Jr. and Greg Clark (Veronica); and numerous nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be given in Sue's memory to a charity of your choice.
