Hollister, Inc. Retiree Was Fairfield Resident

Betty Sue Clark Perry, 71, of Fairfield, Virginia passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her family on Tuesday, March 24, 2020.

She was born in Lexington on December 2, 1948, the daughter of the late Andrew Lucian Clark and Gracie Mae Clark.

Betty retired as a production worker with Hollister, Inc., after more than 20 years of service. She was a person who loved to serve.

The family would like to offer special thanks to Kim Wood of Americare and Hollie Burch and Carrie Claytor of Rockbridge Area Hospice.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Hardy Clark, Troy Clark, Florence Clark and Rosa Kelly.

She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Bobby Lee Perry Sr.; her two sons, Bobby Lee Perry Jr. (Carol) and Denny Lyle Perry (Susan); her grandchildren, Hillary Perry Austin, Joshua Lee Perry, Ryan Scott Ramsey Perry, Denny Lyle Perry Jr., Russell Lee Perry and Tyler Walker Perry; two great-grandchildren, Oliver Lee Austin and Charlotte Anne Austin; her brothers and sisters, Daisy Hall of Lexington, Wallace Clark of Irish Creek, Curtis Clark of Vesuvius, Hazel Clark of Maryland, Martha Clark of Lexington, Hilda McMillian of Greenville and Andy Clark of Waynesboro.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date, due to COVID 19.
