Obituary for Isaac (Ike) Milton Hilton Sr. Isaac (Ike) Milton Hilton Sr.
World War II U. S. Navy Veteran Owned Hilton's Market, Ike's Produce

Isaac (Ike) Milton Hilton Sr., age 93, of Sweet Springs, West Virginia passed away March 27, 2020 with family around him.

Born on March 15, 1927, he was the son of the late Robert Wesley Hilton and Eula Lottie (Mines) Hilton.

He was preceded in death by one sister, Darlene (Hilton) Baldwin; four brothers, William Robert Hilton, Archie Edwards Hilton, Wilbur Jacob Hilton and James Wesley Hilton; one daughter, Elaine Hilton; and wife, Betty Hilton.

Those left to carrying on his memory are one sister, Genevieve Elizabeth (Hilton) Murray; his children, Valerie (Hilton) Lestingi, Michael Hilton, Isaac M. Hilton Jr. and Angela (Hilton) Bostic and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.

He served in United States Navy as a Seabee during World War II. He loved to tell people that he was sitting in the bay when the bomb dropped. His trade was plumbing, but he was a true salesman at heart as he loved to meet and talk with everyone. He owned "Hiltons Market - IKE'S Produce" where he made many lasting friendships and memories. His faith in God is steady.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, May 16, 2020 at Wallace & Wallace Funeral Home in White Sulphur Springs, with Pastor Roger McDaniel officiating. Interment of his ashes will Follow at Rosewood Cemetery, Lewisburg.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. until time of the service at the funeral home.

. Ike's wishes were that in lieu of flowers, a donation be made to a charity organization of your choice or to Hospice Care.

The Wallace & Wallace Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
