Wayne Lee Mason, 67, of Fairfield, Virginia died Saturday, May 9, 2020 at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital.

Born June 13, 1952 in Rockbridge County, he was a son of the late Lucy Mason.

He served his country in the U. S. Army where he was stationed in Korea.

He was a member of the Moose Lodge, VFW and retired from Virginia Military Institute.

Surviving are a daughter, Christina Mason; and siblings Harry Mason and Linda Ewing.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
