Carl Edward Clark, 81, of Rockbridge County, Virginia passed away Thursday, May 14, 2020 at Shenandoah Valley Health & Rehab Center.

Born August 8, 1938 in Rockbridge County, he was the son of the late Herbert G. Clark and Agnes Clark.

He was also preceded in death by brothers, Ralph, Kenneth, and Morris Clark; and sister, Edith Clements.

Surviving are three sisters, Helen Norcross, Dorothy Smiley and Shirley Berry; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A private graveside service was conducted Monday, May 18, 2020 at the Irish Creek Cemetery by Dr. Wyatt Mayes and the Rev. Mark Schroeder.

There will be no visitation at the funeral home. The family would like to thank Rockbridge Area Hospice, especially Carrie and Liz.

Arrangements are being handled by Bolling, Grose, & Lotts Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
