Imogene Carnahan Lotts, 79, of Natural Bridge, Virginia died Tuesday, October 13, 2020 at Shenandoah Valley Health & Rehab.

Born on September 18, 1941 in Buena Vista, she was the daughter of the late Julian Carnahan and Lydia Hamilton Carnahan.

She was a retired bus driver for the Rockbridge County school system.

Imogene was preceded in death by her husband of 44 years, Raymond C. Lotts Jr.; and granddaughter, Valarie Hatcher.

She is survived by her three daughters and sons-in-law, Nancy Gail and Tony Jenkins of Haw River, N.C., Lisa and Gary Coleman of Buena Vista, and Gina and John Hatcher of Lynchburg; one son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Charlotte Lotts of Millboro; nine grandchildren, Shannon Jenkins DeBruler (Tommy), James Adam Jenkins (Melissa), Daniel Wyatt Jenkins, Matthew Ray Hatcher (Rebecca), Carrie Broughman Chittum (Randy), Jo Beth Broughman, Lucy Paige Lotts Nielson (Matthew), Nathaniel Charles Lotts, and Jeffrey Wayne Coleman (Daisy); and 11 great-grandchildren, Logan, Brayden, Jordyn, Charlee, Kellan, Kendyl, Ralph, Gracie, Blake, Rossi and Jeremiah.

A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday, October 16, at Green Hill Cemetery with Dr. Timmy Madison officiating.
