Obituary for James Lewis Musser James Lewis Musser
Retired Teacher Was Frankford United Methodist Church Member

James Lewis Musser, 86, of Lewisburg, WV passed away Saturday, October 17, 2020 at Greenbrier Valley Medical Center.

Born October 10, 1934 in Mullens, WV, he was the son of the late Vernon I. and Mabel Rosenbaum Musser.

Mr. Musser was a retired teacher for Wyoming County Schools. He was a member of the Frankford United Methodist Church. Being a devout Christian, he was willing to help anyone in need.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a premature son, his siblings, Willa Dean Snyder, Jenny Powell, Jesse, Ernest, Peter, and Lindy Musser. Survivors include his loving wife of fifty-eight years, Carole R. Musser; son, Mark L. Musser; grandsons, Austin V. Musser and Caleb Mason; brothers, John Musser (Carroll) of Mullens, WV and Paul Musser of Culpepper, VA; several sisters-in-law, many nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be 11:30 a.m., Wednesday, October 21, 2020 at the Morgan Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Pete Scott officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 21, 2020 at the Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Princeton, WV.

We will be following COVID-19 regulations and request guests wear a mask and be mindful of social distancing.
