Iva Aileen Hostetter, 84, of Lexington, Virginia died Thursday, October 29, 2020 at Carilion Stonewall Jackson Hospital.

Born July 19, 1936 in Rockbridge County, she was a daughter of Russell Coleman Armentrout and Bertie Rowena Moore Armentrout.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Ray Hostetter; son, Bruce Wayne Hostetter; daughter, Sheila Gay Lineberry; two grandchildren, Joshua Conner and Jonathan Conner; and one great-grandchild, Travis Guadarrama-Hostetter.

Surviving are her children, Sharon A. Conner, Kathy R. Hostetter and Jimmy Ray Hostetter Jr.; 12 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, and a host of other family members and friends that loved her dearly.

The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday, November 2 at Harrison Funeral Chapel by the Rev. William Thomas officiating. Burial will follow at Ebenezer A. R. Presbyterian Cemetery. Masks are required.
