David Winston Eakin, 63, of Fairfield, Virginia died Friday, October 23, 2020.

He was born February 6, 1957 in Rockbridge County, a son of James Winston Eakin and Peggy Glenn Eakin.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Joshua Eakin.

Surviving are his wife, Bobbie Huffman, and three sisters, Teresa Humphries, Vicky Sagehorn and Susan Rowe.

There will be a memorial for him at a later date.
