Ralph W. (Pete) Pryor of Buena Vista, Virginia died Monday, November 9, 2020 at the Shenandoah Health and Rehab Center.

He was born on June 2, 1953 in Lexington to Ralph Conrad Pryor and Lillian Maeberry Byers.

He is survived by a son, Heath Pryor of Alaska; two sisters, Sandra Farrar Fitzgerald of Buena Vista and Patricia Pryor Dear of Stuarts Draft; and three grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents; three sisters, Joyce Farrar Cross, Ester Farrar Hayley, a newborn who died at birth; and a brother, John Austin Farrar.

Mr. Pryor was very artistic and loved to paint. He loved Halloween and prepared for it all year. He liked to work on things and he liked helping people.

There will be an informal memorial service on November 29 at 4 p.m. at the Calvary Brethren Church, 1365 Woodland Ave., Buena Vista, VA.

Arrangements are being handled by Bolling, Grose, & Lotts Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
